Carmona was graced with an unforgettable night of music and inspiration as the New Gen Diva, The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2 Grand Champion, and my all-time idol, Elha Nympha, joined us for the highly anticipated Gintong Tinig Gintong Himig 2025. From the moment she stepped onto the stage, the audience could feel her warmth, humility, and immense talent radiating through the venue.

Elha has always been a singer I deeply admired since her days competing in The Voice Philippines Season 2. Her unique renditions of every song she sings set her apart, and that night was no different. As one of the esteemed judges of our grand competition, she not only provided valuable insights to our contestants but also gave us a performance to remember.

Initially contracted for two songs, Elha, out of her deep love for Carmona and its people, surprised everyone by performing a third song, much to the delight of the crowd. Her voice soared effortlessly, captivating everyone from our beloved City Mayor to the young aspiring singers in the audience. Every note she sang carried raw emotion, proving once again why she remains one of the most outstanding vocalists of her generation.

I was incredibly fortunate to capture a close-up video of her performance, a personal treasure that will remind me of this magical night. Seeing her perform live, feeling the power of her voice up close, and witnessing the joy she brought to everyone present was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The Gintong Tinig Gintong Himig 2025, held as part of our cherished Sorteo Festival, was already a spectacular event. But Elha Nympha’s presence elevated it to something truly extraordinary. She was loved by everyone in attendance, from government officials to children mesmerized by her every note. Her kindness and dedication to her craft left an indelible mark on our city, making this year’s festival one for the books.

Carmona will always remember the night Elha Nympha not only judged our singers but also gifted us with her heart through music. We are beyond grateful for her generosity, talent, and the love she showed for our city. Truly, the Sorteo Festival 2025 was a celebration of music, passion, and the golden voices that continue to shine in Carmona.
